2026 年，丹之寶於香港巴塞爾藝術展（Art Basel Hong Kong）呈獻「混融的世界行者——尼泊爾現代藝術之父」萊茵・辛格・班德爾個展。為配合展覽，畫廊同步出版展覽畫冊，邀請多位學者、藝術家與策展人共同撰文，包括：Bangdel & Shakya 基金會創辦人暨主席 Bibhakar S. Shakya 博士、當代藝術家 Tsherin Sherpa 與 Pooja Duwal、策展人 Lou Mo、Bangdel 學生暨尼泊爾現代抽象畫家 Jeevan Rajopadhyay，以及尼泊爾文化遺產學者、帕坦博物館（Patan Museum）執行委員會成員 Swosti Rajbhandari Kayastha。
本畫冊特別聚焦於藝術家 1950 至 1970 年代的作品，亦即班德爾於 1961 年前後自歐洲返抵尼泊爾的關鍵時期，收錄抽象、具象、自畫像、母與子、裸像系列之代表性作品，並涵蓋其歷年展覽經歷與重要榮譽。期望透過此次展覽與出版，引領觀眾重新審視並確立班德爾作為「尼泊爾現代藝術之父」在藝術史上的關鍵定位。
In 2026, Tansbao Gallery presents The Hybrid Cosmopolitan: The Father of the Modern Art Movement and His Art, a solo exhibition of Lain Singh Bangdel at Art Basel Hong Kong. Accompanying the exhibition is a newly published catalog featuring essays by a distinguished group of scholars, artists, and curators. Contributors include Bibhakar S. Shakya, Ph.D. (Founder and Chairman of the Bangdel & Shakya Foundation), curator Lou Mo, Swosti Rajbhandari Kayastha (scholar of Nepali cultural heritage and Executive Board Member of Patan Museum), contemporary artists Tsherin Sherpa with Pooja Duwal, and Jeevan Rajopadhyay (one of Nepal’s leading modern abstract painters and a devoted student of Sir Lain Singh Bangdel).
The publication specifically focuses on the artist’s works from the 1950s to the 1970s—a pivotal era marking Bangdel’s return to Nepal from Europe around 1961. It showcases representative masterpieces across his Abstracts, Figurative, Portraits, Mother & Child, and Nude series, alongside a comprehensive record of his exhibition history and major accolades. Through this exhibition and publication, the gallery aims to guide audiences in re-examining and cementing Bangdel’s critical position in art history.
